Shipping Policy
- We currently ship across India. Worldwide shipping is coming soon, join the list on our home page and we'll tell you the day we reach your country.
- Orders are packed fresh and dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation.
- Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your pincode.
- Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Below that, any shipping charge is shown clearly before you pay.
- Every order carries a tracking reference, check My Orders or write to us any time for status.
Refunds & Returns
Our promise is simple and we print it on everything: replacement or refund, no questions asked, when something is genuinely wrong.
- Damaged, wrong, or quality-affected products: tell us within 7 days of delivery (photo helps), we ship a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. You do not need to ship anything back.
- Refund timeline: refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval, processed via Razorpay.
- Payment deducted but order not confirmed: such amounts are auto-refunded by the payment gateway, typically within 5–7 business days. Write to us with your payment ID and we'll chase it for you.
- Tea is a food product, opened packs cannot be returned for change of mind, but if the leaf isn't right, that's a quality issue and our promise above applies.
- Order cancellation: possible any time before dispatch, write to us with your order ID for a full refund.
Privacy Policy
- What we collect: your name, phone number, and delivery address, solely to deliver your order, and your email if you join our newsletter or write to us.
- Payments: processed entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or banking details.
- What we don't do: we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone, except the courier who needs your address to deliver your tea.
- Analytics: we use privacy-friendly, cookie-free page analytics (Vercel) to understand which pages are read, no personal profiles, no ad tracking.
- Your data, your call: want your details deleted? One email and it's done.
- Order history shown on this device is stored in your own browser (localStorage), it never leaves your device.
Terms of Service
- This website is operated by East Indica Tea (an East Indica brand), India. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Product images and pack designs are illustrative; the leaf inside is exactly what the description promises.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected misuse, with a full refund in every such case.
- All content, story, names, and marks on this site are the property of East Indica and may not be reproduced without permission.
- Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
